He showed me all of his credentials and certifications which made him highly qualified for this job and others, he explained everything that he was going to do and went over the pricing and the different labs I could choose from for high end results for easy reading, he also allowed my input as to how many specimens I wanted to submit without any pressure, when the results came, he not only sent me the results, he explained what was what!
